Your Tasks:
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily kitchen operations
- Coordinating and supervising kitchen staff during service
- Assisting with menu development and preparation guidelines
- Training and supporting junior kitchen team members
- Ensuring compliance with preparation standards, quality requirements, and hygiene regulations
- Professional handling of work equipment
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and proper storage of goods
- Supporting cost control and efficient use of products
- Active participation in the à la carte service
